My name is Carlos ...1 of your scooter I found in Newark NJ...was there 3days on the side of the barber ...I ask the owner.he didn't know who it was .he told me I can take it..I'm not trying to be in any trouble.beside how would I get it to work....but I'm willing to return it..(862)218-4500
