Please download the mobile Helbiz Live app to your phone, or visit our website and create your account. If you already have an account, you'll just need to log in and follow the next steps:
1. Download the Tv App from the Google Play Store / Apple Store installed on your Smart TV
2. Open the app and choose one of the following options: Log in now / Sign up
3. If your account is ready, you'll just have to click on Login now and the connection code will appear.
4. Open the mobile App or go to our website and visit the Connect TV section
5. Insert the code displayed on your Smart TV. Be careful, you must digit the numbers correctly and without any additional characters! The dash is not to be digited, just numbers (ex: 21312131)
6. Press CONNECT and you'll be ready to go.
