Rider Accessibility+ Program

The Helbiz Rider Accessibility Program plan waives any applicable vehicle deposit and offers free trips under 30 minutes to any customer enrolled in a local, state, or federal low-income program, or with an income level at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines, in the US markets.

Eligibility

The Helbiz Access Plan is available to anyone currently enrolled in one of the following programs:

• Medicare/Medicaid
• TANF
• SNAP

• HUD

• LIHEAP

• WIC

• Pell Grant

• Local & State low-income programs

• Or, at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines

• Provide last 3 pay stubs indicating a salary of less than $25,760 per year

Rides&Costs

All users once approved for the Rider Accessibility Program, have 50 free 30 minute trips every month, for a year. Once you finish your free rides, standard per minute rate will apply. 

Please note that the per-minute charge also applies after 30 minutes of riding according to the prices on the specific market. If you continue to ride, you will be charged at standard rates per minute, depending on the city in which you use our service. The unlock fee is free.

No credit or debit card? Pay in cash!

If you need to utilize our cash payment option, please email access@micromobility.com, mentioning the city where you’re located

A customer service representative will then connect you with our local operations team, who will assist you in determining the best method for your cash payment and help you rent one of our vehicles.

These include:

1. Visiting our local operations warehouse, where our team can accept cash and immediately add funds to your account
2. Attending a local Helbiz event, where our team can accept cash and immediately add funds to your account
3. Visiting one of our partner community centers, which can accept cash and provide you a code that will add $10, $20, or $30 to your account
