How old do I have to be to use a Helbiz vehicle?

For most countries, you must be 18 years old to create a Helbiz account and agree to the Terms of Service. We recommend you to take a look at the User Agreement for your country, which states age requirements.

Depending on state regulations, you may be required to provide identity verification in our application. We use a 3rd party application for this step of the process and currently accept any driver's license, ID cards, and passports.
