How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription open the sidebar and click on Settings > Services > Unsubscribe

We will kindly ask you to respond to our short questionnaire before you confirm the cancellation.
You will still be able to use the Helbiz Plus plan until your pay-through date has finished.

If I cancel my subscription, do I automatically get a refund?

You can cancel before your next renewal date to stop your subscription from renewing. Canceling your subscription does not initiate the refund process. 

Helbiz Plus users who have made at least one ride with the existing subscription will not be able to request a refund. In addition, in case of failure to deactivate the subscription, no refund can be made.
