Helbiz Plus allows you to take as many 30-minute rides as you want, every single day, for a fixed price. Up to 50 rides per month. Join today and move around freely.

You can subscribe to Helbiz Plus directly from the App. Open the sidebar and click on Helbiz Plus.

2. Valid Worldwide - Europe, the USA, or Asia, it's all included
3. All Vehicles - Our fleet of e-scooters and e-bikes is at your disposal. (Mopeds coming soon)

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel it at least 1 day before the end of the current period. The period starts on the day you subscribe and runs for a month

When is my next payment date?

Subscriptions are monthly from the date of your initial purchase. If you have an active plan,

you can easily see your upcoming billing date under the section Helbiz Plus in the Helbiz App.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit, debit and prepaid cards (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

We also accept Google and Apple pay. Also, you can use the funds from your Helbiz Wallet.
