To view a map of your area, first, download our app from the Google or Apple Store.
Once you've installed the app, you will be able to see the green zone (indicated by the color green).
This is our operative zone where it is permitted both to ride and park our vehicles. Attention: There are 2 green zones in Turin and Rome. The small (dark green) area is destined for scooters and bikes, but the larger green area (light green) is destined only for bikes.
The red zone
The red zone is the area in which the usage of our vehicles is absolutely forbidden. It is indicated by the color red on the map. Once you leave the green zone, the scooter will automatically come to a stop, and will not start again until brought back inside the green zone. Riding and parking outside the green zone may result in a vehicle recovery fee being applied to your account. In order to avoid penalties, the user should return the vehicle to the green zone.
Red zones inside the green zone
The red zones inside the green area are where the city prevents the transit of electric vehicles.
The yellow zones inside the green zone
The yellow zones inside the green area are pedestrian zones and heavily-frequented areas in which there is a speed limit (6 km/hr) for our scooters. This is to protect pedestrians.
- Sidewalk riding is strictly prohibited in Downtown DC. Our vehicles must be ridden in bicycle or vehicle lanes at all times. The speed limit in DC is 10mph (16kmph) and users are not allowed to go faster than that.
By zooming the map you will be able to check and see all zones. When you zoom in the map, the green operational zone will become grey.
