Our vehicles must be parked inside the operating zone. They should be parked upright, between fixed objects like trees, trash cans, and bike racks. They should be placed on the area of the sidewalk closest to the curb, but not in the main walkway. It is important to leave enough space for other sidewalk users to continue using it.
It is forbidden to:
- Obstruct pedestrian space
- Park at corners not blocking curb ramps
- Park on narrow sidewalks
- Park along with building
- Block bus stops and loading zones
- Park near fire hydrants
- Block access points
- Interfere with sidewalk amenities and landscaping
All the vehicles can be ridden inside the operating area only, as shown in the app. The recovery fee for those who leave the operating area may be applied. Please always check and follow local laws and regulations, as these will vary city-by-city. For example, some cities mandate that our vehicles be parked in designated parking stations.
