Go to https://helbizlive.com > Log into your Helbiz account > Profile > Subscription > Cancel subscription

- If you subscribed directly from the Helbiz Live app, follow these steps:

Apple devices: Open Helbiz Live app > Side menu > Subscription section > Manage subscription > Click on Streaming Platform Helbiz Live > Cancel subscription

Android devices: User must cancel the subscription renewal directly from the Google Play Store
