f your vehicle runs out of battery during the rental period, please contact our customer service directly from the Support section inside the Helbiz app. We remind you that release of the vehicle is only permitted within our operational area, so we always invite you to consider the autonomy of the vehicle in order to avoid problems of this type.
Accordingly, if you need to travel a long distance, we suggest you check how much battery a vehicle has and how many kilometers of autonomy are left, prior to renting it. Parking outside the operational zone may result in a vehicle recovery fee being applied to your account.
